REALIZATION TIME
AND DELIVERY
The delivery time for individual orders is from 7 to 30 business days, counted from the moment of placing the order and receiving a 30% advance payment of the product value. The remaining 70% of the amount due should be paid by the Buyer to the same bank account of the Seller before sending the goods to the Customer. The customer will be informed about the possibility of collecting or shipping the goods immediately after the production is completed.
The cost of the products listed on the website does not include the costs of transport / delivery, unloading and assembly.
All deliveries outside of Poland are calculated individually for each customer based on the exact delivery address provided.
Each large-size product, such as a garden tub or a sauna, is sent via a forwarding company. The delivery time may vary from 2 to 7 working days depending on the season and the Christmas period. Each product is insured during transport.
After receiving the goods, the Customer is obliged to check the technical condition of the product. Any damage / losses / defects should be described on the CMR / WZ transport document. In addition, a protocol of damage to the goods should be drawn up and photographic documentation should be made. The transport document and the damage report should include: Type of damage / lack / quantity, legible signatures of the recipient and the driver and the date of receipt of the goods. The document together with photo documentation should be sent by e-mail to sales@simplygarden.pl within 2 working days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
In the absence of a properly prepared report, the complaint may be considered unfounded!
Any damage caused during unloading / assembly, which is attributable to the Buyer, will not be considered as manufacturing defects and are not subject to complaint!
All technical information contained on the website regarding products, such as dimensions, sizes, knots, non-uniform wood texture, weights or capacity in liters are indicative data. They may slightly differ in appearance, colors and the way they are made compared to photos and catalogues. The SIMPLY GARDEN company improves the quality of its products every day and may change the design or execution of its products. In this way, we guarantee the highest quality of our products.
RETURNS
According to the Act on Consumer Rights on the sale of products in the online store, private persons and business entities have the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order (SIMPLY GARDEN does not accept COD shipments). The cost of returning the product is borne by the Ordering Party.

The refund will be returned to the Buyer within 14 days to the bank account indicated by the Buyer, counted from the date of returning the purchased item.
A product ordered on an individual order is not subject to return, such a subject of the service is a non-prefabricated product, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs. Act on consumer rights, Article 38, point 3. Such products include: Garden hot tubs / Garden Jacuzzi / Saunas
COMPLAINTS
In the event of a complaint, please send back the complete product, packed in the factory packaging, together with a copy of the purchase invoice and a correctly completed complaint form. The product must be properly secured for shipment.
The cost of transport is the responsibility of the person / entity advertising the product.

GUARANTEE
SIMPLY GARDEN provides a 2-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects, counted from the date of delivery of the goods.
IMPORTANT! In commercial and public facilities, the product warranty is 12 months
The basis for acceptance of the warranty is the presentation of a VAT invoice for the purchased product. Outside of Poland, the items covered by the guarantee are sent to the Customer by post.
The warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect installation by the buyer.
- Damage caused by improper use. All events are described in the user manual.
- Any kind of modification to the product.
- Weather phenomena or electrical surges beyond the seller's control.
Wooden products such as external sheathing, susceptible to moisture and weather conditions, improper use, color change or cracks. The methods of impregnation and extending the service life are described in the instructions for use.
A detailed description of the assembly, use, maintenance and warranty is described in detail in the "INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE" which each customer will receive in PDF form to the e-mail address provided by the customer after purchasing the product.
